 Smooth Fitness 7.35 Treadmill Review

Many of you have been following my Nutrisystem weight loss journey for the past seven months.  I was able to reach my weight loss goal of losing 50 pounds before 2013, but my journey is not over.  Now, it is up to me to maintain my weight loss and continue to lead a healthy, active lifestyle.

My newest adventure is one that I am very excited about, and it will begin on February 1st.  I was selected to participate in the Smooth Fitness Blogger Program.  I received an amazing folding treadmill in exchange for my participation in the #SmoothBlogger program and weekly updates of my experiences over the course of 4 months.

My ultimate goal is to lose another 10 - 15 pounds, and to be able to run a 5K and 12K with my twelve year old son this spring.  I have a feeling that my new treadmill is the answer!

Please follow my 16 week journey...

2/25:  A New Stage in my Weight Loss Journey Begins!
3/11: My First Fitness Test Results Are In!
3/22: Fitness Test Friday - Moving Forward!
4/10: I Completed my First Fun Run of the Year!
4/24: Smooth Fitness 7.35 Treadmill Review!
5/14: I'm Thrilled to be Average!
5/29: A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words!

I was selected to participate in the #SmoothBlogger Program and received a treadmill in exchange for my participation. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and/or believe will be a good fit for my readers.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Very awesome! Good luck getting rid of those last few pounds and training for your runs. I'm sure the treadmill will be a big help in both respects.

I lost a bunch of weight with Nutrisystem too, and I am still trying to get rid of those last pesky 5 pounds. I also need to tone up some. I'm hoping that being a part of the SmoothBlogger program will help me too!

Nice! I don't own a treadmill, but I can't walk, so it wouldn't do much good...though I could throw my clothes on it. ;) Enjoy that!

I hope the treadmill really helps you in your effort to reach your goals! My family owns a treadmill, but I prefer to run/jog outside.

I have a treadmill and I keep it in the living room right in front of the television. Some weeks I use it every day, but some weeks I lose my motivation.

Congrats on your success and on the treadmill. I am not a big fan of treadmills for the simple fact that I love being outside. Ran, snow or shine I run outdoors. I do have a bit of advice for you, make sure you run a bit outside prior to running the races with your son as it is a bit different that running on the treadmill. I've heard, and put into practice, that its best to put the treadmill on a incline of 0.5-1% to better mimick running on the road. Good Luck!

I used to have one but I burned the motor out three times. Enough was enough!

I don't own a treadmill now, but my goal is to own one before next winter. I can't get out in the sub-freezing temps to train for my races and a treadmill would make it easier to run when my husband is away on duty and I can't get my free time to run outside. In other words, I WANT A TREADMILL! LOL

Congrats! So glad to hear about your weight loss. I could use a treadmill in my house to help me get to 10,000 steps a day.
