Home Essentials: Stock Your Cabinets for Spring!

This post is sponsored by Kimberly-Clark and The Motherhood.

The first day of spring is upon us.  With the arrival of spring comes warmer weather, pretty flowers and baby animals, and the sudden urge to clean the house!  Walking into a freshly cleaned house, the sun shining, windows open, a light breeze...

Spring cleaning can also be a time to take stock of your household supplies and refill your cabinets with everyday necessities - such as toilet paper and paper towels.  There are several other products that I like to stock up on in the spring as well, for all of my everyday cleaning needs.

Here is a list of my favorite home essentials for spring cleaning:

  • White Vinegar ~ one-to-one solution of vinegar and water makes an effective, economical multipurpose cleaner for all of your household surfaces.
  • Baking Soda ~ sprinkle it in the bathtub, a trash can, or the washing machine to squash odors.
  • Bleach ~ use to remove stains, sanitize and brighten whites.
  • Cleaning Wipes ~ perfect for a quickly wiping, cleaning and disinfecting household surfaces, appliances, and toys.
  • Viva® Paper Towels ~ an essential home essential for every household.
  • Window and Glass Cleaner ~ make those windows, mirrors and glass surfaces sparkle in the sunshine.
  • Dusters ~ perfect for dusting everything in the house; electronics, shelves, picture frames, ceiling fans, and more!

My personal spring cleaning style is to start in one room and finish cleaning it completely before moving on to the next room in the house.  I love having my cabinets stocked for spring cleaning because it saves me time and money.  It saves me time because I'm ready for all of my cleaning tasks around the house and it saves me money because I don't have to make multiple trips to the store.

Why I love Viva® Towels
  •  Viva® Towels have a signature soft and smooth texture, like an undershirt cloth. They are great for cleaning delicate surfaces like countertops and coffee tables, and even soft enough for the hands and face.
  • I can wash dishes with Viva Towels – its strength holds up to multiple rinses.
  • I can dust baseboards, furniture and more with the soft texture of Viva® Towels.
  • I can easily wipe tough messes off hands and faces with the strength and smooth texture of Viva® Towels.

Why I love Cottonelle® Toilet Paper:
  • Only Cottonelle® has CleanRipple Texture, which is designed to clean better than the leading national value brand.
  • It's soft and gentle on our bums!
  • It doesn't leave behind pieces of toilet paper when we wipe.
  • Right now you can get a FREE SAMPLE on the Cottonelle® website!

Give your home the proper post-winter refresh it deserves by stocking up on Viva®, Cottonelle® and Scott® products, available at Walmart, a one-stop shop for all your spring cleaning and organization essentials.  Be sure to visit the Kimberly-Clark Family Care Walmart site for all of your favorite spring cleaning essentials.

I love Viva paper towels. I have tried other brands and they don't hold up. Nothing gives me more incentive to do spring cleaning than a good stock of paper towels!!!

I always plan my purchases so I try to buy in advance what I have to end up not to stay at the right time without the necessary thing.
