I believe that the love of reading begins at a very early age. I read to both of my children while I was pregnant and
have always encouraged them to look at books and read, even
as toddlers. Books let their imaginations run free and
take them to places unknown. Books also fill their minds with
knowledge and facts that will fuel them for life!
Growing up, I remember reading and looking through my Dad's National Geographic books and I was always amazed at how interesting they were. When my kids were young, I was introduced to National Geographic Kids books and instantly fell in love! Now that my kids are older, I love gifting books to my nieces and nephews. Books make the perfect gift!
My daughter has been obsessed with sharks for years and can tell you just about anything you want to know about them! She is my shark girl and Shark Week is going to be the only thing we're watching this week!
Whether your family is all about sinking their teeth into the amazing, jaw-dropping shows from the summertime pop culture phenomena of Shark Week and SharkFest or maybe Baby Shark is more your speed (do-do-do-do-do!), this is going to excite you!
