Dr. Sears Zone 1-2-3 Foods Diet Review

In recent months I have changed my eating habits and my activity level.  I joined Curves and go 4 times a week, in fact just last week I reached my 100th workout!

I was recently given the opportunity to sample 2 weeks worth of Zone 1-2-3 Foods.  To be completely honest, I was worried that the food was going to taste weird or be completely tasteless.  That's the end result of so many diet foods I've tried in the past.

I received  pasta, bread, bagels, cookies, soft pretzels, granola and pita chips.  My absolute favorite was the Cinnamon Swirl Bread!  I could eat this all day long, it was delicious!

I kept telling myself... MODERATION!


At first glance I was certain that the cookies in my package had gone "bad" during shipment.  They were shiny and wet looking.   That didn't stop me from trying them though.  My reaction?  They were soft, moist and delicious.  Even my kids (ages 7 and 10) liked them.  They also wondered why they were shiny!

I guess you can tell by my favorite foods that I have a weakness for sweets.  Cookies, chocolate, cake and ice cream have always been my biggest issues.  If they are in the house I have to eat them.  My willpower is almost non-existent when it comes to sweets.  I'm always looking for other options that are healthier and have fewer calories.



I was highly impressed with each Zone 1-2-3 item that I tasted.  They tasted great!  People wouldn't know that they were "diet" foods unless someone told them.
