With the New Year upon us, many people are making resolutions that are beyond their reach and unrealistic.  I prefer to make lifestyle changes and plan to participate in the 30-Day Realistic Resolution Challenge on SparkPeople!

"Welcome to SparkPeople's 30-Day Realistic Resolution Challenge! Completely overhauling your diet for the new year is a recipe for disaster. Avoid falling off the wagon again this year with a challenge to help build a healthy-eating foundation you can stick to for the long haul. Are you ready? Download this week's healthy meal plan to start eating smarter right away!"

Being a part of the Gorton's blogger program allows me to try all the newest Gorton's seafood creations with my family.  As an added bonus, I get to share the opportunity with my readers, so that they can try them as well - for free!

Gorton’s Grilled and Simply Bake products are the perfect way to help you reach your goals!  Whether you simply want to eat healthier or lose weight - their delicious varieties will satisfy your taste buds!

My son is a wrestler and needs to maintain a healthy weight.  I am currently trying to lose weight.  Gorton's Seafood has played a huge roll in helping us reach our goals over the past several months.

There are 4 main reasons why we LOVE Gorton's grilled and simply bake products:

  1. They come in a great variety of varieties and flavors
  2. They are low in calories, making them a healthy meal option
  3. They are quick and easy to prepare
  4. They taste great!

My kids and I absolutely love seafood, but due to our geographical location, we rarely get to enjoy fresh seafood.  We make sure to make the most out of our meals while on the Oregon Coast every summer for family vacation.  However, during the rest of the year we trust the Gorton's fisherman with our seafood needs. Gorton's Seafood tastes delicious and comes in so many delicious varieties and we love them all!

Why not get started and download a coupon to use towards your favorite Gorton's grilled or simply bake product!

I like the tip about drinking water. Aside from the milk in my cereal, I only drink water.

I used to live in the Pacific Northwest, so I am partial to salmon, but I really want to try the beer battered shrimp.
