Al Fresco All Natural Chicken Sausage (Review)

As a mother I'm always trying to find new, healthy meal options for my family.  Luckily my children love trying new foods and aren't picky eaters at all.  My husband, on the other hand, is one of the pickiest eaters I've ever known.  Beef and pork are the only meats my husband likes and he hates (and refuses to eat) chicken, fish and seafood.

I was recently given 3 different flavors of Al Fresco All Natural Chicken Sausage to try (Sweet Apple, Sweet Italian, and Spinach & Feta).   Even the names make my mouth water.

I decided to prepare each package differently so that we could find out which way we preferred as a family.  Since they are already fully cooked preparing them is quick and easy.  The first package I boiled, the second I cut up and fried and the third package I simply put in the microwave.

It's a personal choice and I know it will be different for everyone, but my family liked the fried preparation best.  Hands down!  All 3 flavors were delicious although I think I liked the sweet italian best but I would eat the other flavors again without even thinking twice.  My kids loved it and guess what... so did my picky husband!  I was totally prepared to make my husband a different dinner but was pleasantly surprised and shocked when he ate it!

Al Fresco All Natural Chicken Sausage is absolutely delicious.  Every bite is juicy and full of flavor.
