Millions of people start each year off by making a list of New Year's Resolutions! I don't know the specifics, but I'm sure that most people start off strong, determined and focused - but over time they start to slip away from their goals and resolutions.
This year I'm already off to a great start and have no plans on looking back! I'm starting 2013 off 53 pounds lighter and more confident than ever. My goal for 2013 is to lose another 10 pounds and maintain my weight loss.
