Creative Bioscience: 90 Day Weight Loss Challenge

Whether you're trying to lose weight, get healthier or just maintaining... chances are that you've heard about a variety of diet and weight loss supplements.  Green tea, hCG, African mango, and raspberry ketones seem to be among the most popular.

With so many weight loss supplements available, it's difficult to know which ones actually work and those that are safe.   Green tea and green coffee help boost your metabolism, raspberry ketones help you lose while you sleep, and African mango helps curb your appetite.

I've lost 55 pounds in the last seven months and am looking for a natural weight loss supplement to help boost my metabolism and tip the scales just a few more pounds.   After what seemes like an eternity, I finally decided to tackle a 90 day weight loss challenge with the green coffee bean fat fighter.  Why this weight loss supplement?  Because it's proven to boost metabolism and burn fat - making it a win-win!

Did you know that unroasted green coffee beans contain high amounts of chlorogenic acid?

"Chlorogenic acid boosts metabolism, blocks glucose release into the bloodstream and fights fat formation.  The chlorogenic acid in the fresh coffee beans works in two ways: it slows the release of glucose into your body, and at the same time it boosts your metabolism so you burn fat. Together, these two benefits help you manage your body weight without a special exercise program or restrictive meals that make you feel deprived and tired."

Which weight loss supplement would you most like to try?

I have just started using some of these products! It's too early to know how well they work yet, but I can't wait to find out!

I've always been curious about how well raspberry ketones are supposed to work. I've heard a lot about them but I don't know how much validity I can give to others' reviews about them without trying them for myself as my body has very specific needs.
For me, I don't necessarily need weight loss supplements but more of the supplements that improve energy. I am on the look out, though.
Anyway, I hope the green coffee been will work in your favor!

I did not know un-roasted green coffee beans contain high amounts of chlorogenic acid. I need to look into trying it :)

I've never been fond of weightloss supplements as they have made it difficult for me to sleep in the past. I keep strict on a diet with training, especially before I plan on entering in a race. I do indulge, everything in moderation I say. I love cake, pie, cookies and brownies and enjoy living a bit!

I don't like supplements. I think they are artificial and bad for you.
