Get Fit Guide


The Get Fit Guide is designed to celebrate new beginnings, reaching goals, and getting fit and healthy!  I'm starting off 2013 happier, healthier and 56 pounds lighter.  You can read about my Nutrisystem weight loss journey and see how I lost 56.5 pounds and 41.5 inches in 7 months!  Yes, there are before and after pictures posted as well...

 In order celebrate, Being Frugal and Making it Work has gone into health and fitness mode, and I want to share my experiences and motivation with everyone.

Beginning February 1st and going through March 2013, Being Frugal and Making it Work will run an upbeat Get Fit Guide.  This series will feature great health and fitness products through a review and giveaway event, which will include health and fitness apps, healthy eating tips and ideas, workout clothing, and much more.

I love to run and to perform well I have to eat a balanced diet. I also use weight training, biking and swimming to stay fit.

I love to cycle and do yoga to keep fit. I find it best to do the things you enjoy the most when keeping fit.

My favorite way to stay fit is to first eat healthy and then do activities that I really enjoy doing, like cycling, kayaking and yoga! The first two take me outdoors which is fabulous! Continued success!! You go girl!!
