Summer is quickly coming to an end, my children head back to school in just two weeks. There’s nothing like making lifelong memories of hot summer days and time spent with family, great friends, good food, good times and beautiful scenery.
If
you ask my children what their favorite memory about this summer has
been so far, they will tell you all about our trip to the West Edmonton
Mall in Canada.
While
we were there, the kids had a picture perfect moment with a real sea
lion. After watching the sea lion show, the kids got up close and
personal with the star of the show!
They
have seen sea lions before, on our summer vacations to the Oregon Coast
- but they have never been this close to one. This was a moment of a
lifetime and one that they will remember forever!
Our summer fun didn't stop there... we have been spending a lot of time at the lake boating, swimming and tubing. We have been making the most out of every moment this summer, as we know that we don't always get tomorrow - so we have to make the most of today!
