PayPal Credit/Debit Card - I Need Your Opinions & Advice!

Does anyone have a PayPal credit/debit card.  I use my PayPal funds for family vacations and in the past I have always just transferred the money into our checking account but am thinking about getting a PayPal card.  I've considered getting a PayPal card before but would love to hear what other people thing first.

How does it work? Do my PayPal funds automatically go onto the card or do I have to transfer them?  Can I transfer funds from another account to my PayPal card?  Are there any fees?  What are your thoughts and experiences?

Thanks so much!

I had a friend years ago that had one and told me it was a 50/50 chance of accessing your funds as it seemed ATM's had a hard time communicating with PayPal. So I figured I would try it and I could NEVER get my money. It always said insufficient funds when the funds were there! as far as fees it is the typical ATM fees of using cards that do not belong to their particular bank.

This was about 3 years ago so I don't know if they improved how well they work or not, I ended up losing the card in the end and just transfering into the bank account!

I have had one for quite sometime and never had issues with it. We mainly use it for paying directly instead of ATM. But I have used a few times ATM with no issues. Your money is automatically on the card when its in your paypal.
